Educational Qualification
- Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech. degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in the Defence Forces.
- Applicants should hold the following ranks in the Armed Forces:
- Indian Navy: Commander (with 4 years seniority in the rank) / Senior Grade
- Indian Army: Lt. Colonel (with 4 years seniority in the rank) / Senior Grade
- Indian Air Force: Wing Commander (with 4 years seniority in the rank) / Senior Grade
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in technical coordination, liaison, and product support activities with Defence organizations, BEL Strategic Business Units (SBUs), and Ministry of Defence agencies.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age Limit: 50 years (as on 01.09.2025)
Pay Scale and Benefits
- Pay Scale: ₹80,000 – 3% – ₹2,20,000 (E-VI Grade)
- In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to:
