Oil India Limited Recruitment 2025: Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking intends to engage following personnel (domicile of Assam and Arunachal Pradesh) purely on contractual basis for immediate engagement at Field Headquarters, Duliajan. Oil India Limited has released a notification for the recruitment of Senior Manager positions (ERP Discipline) in the Executive Cadre, Grade D.

The contractual engagement requirement mentioned hereunder may entail working in shifts involving arduous and hazardous nature of jobs in remote/far-flung OIL installations in the production and exploration areas and also on “On-Call” duty basis.

Location: Likely at Field Headquarters, Duliajan, Assam (postings transferable across OIL’s operational areas).

Educational Qualification:

What are the educational qualification for the recruitment of Assistant –in detail below;

Contractual Assistant Fitter & Diesel Mechanic -

• Class 10th passed from Government Recognized Education Board.
• Trade certificate in Fitter/ Diesel Mechanic/ trade from Government Recognized Institute.
• Minimum 02 (Two) years post qualification work experience in operation and maintenance of Reciprocating Compressor / Pump / operation and maintenance of gas pipeline jobs / maintenance of mechanical workshop setup or Installation/ maintenance crude oil storage tank in Govt. / Semi Govt./ PSU / Public / Private Organizations providing service to E&P company.

Contractual Mechanical Supervisor -

• Class 10 from Government Recognized Education Board.
• Passed 03 (three) years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Recognized Institute.
• Minimum 02 (Two) years post qualification work experience in operation and maintenance of Reciprocating Compressor / Pump / operation and maintenance of gas pipeline jobs / maintenance of mechanical workshop setup or Installation/ maintenance crude oil storage tank in Govt. / Semi Govt./ PSU / Public / Private Organizations providing service to E&P company.

• Minimum: 24 years
• Maximum age limit: Gen: 45 OBC-NCL: 48 SC/ST: 50

Salary Amount:

What is the salary amount for the engagement of OIL –in detail below;

For Contractual Assistant Fitter & Diesel Mechanic –

• Fixed Emolument: ₹ 21,450.00 (Rupees Twenty-One Thousand Four Hundred and Fifty) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.
• Variable Emolument: ₹ 825.00 (Rupees Eight Hundred and Twenty-Five) only per day for each working day.

For Contractual Mechanical Supervisor -

• Fixed Emolument: ₹24,960.00 (Rupees Twenty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Sixty) only per month based on attendance including paid leave, holiday, if any.
• Variable Emolument: ₹960.00 (Rupees Nine Hundred and sixty) only per day for each working day.

Period of Contractual Engagement:

The engagement will be purely on a contractual basis only. The maximum period of contractual engagement will be 01 (One) year only. The initial period of the contractual engagement will be for a period of 06 (six) months, which is extendable by another tenure of 06 (six) months subject to a departmental requirement, performance and conduct of the incumbent, medical fitness etc.
