TCS to Build IT Campus on 20 Acres in New Town: In a significant boost to Bengal’s tech landscape, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is set to build a large-scale Information Technology campus on 20 acres of land in New Town, Kolkata, announced Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee. The project is expected to generate around 25,000 direct jobs in the state.
