Published under Memo No: HFW-23099206/2023/MIR014 dated 31st July 2025, the counselling process will be conducted entirely online, ensuring a streamlined, transparent, and merit-based admission process for all eligible NEET UG 2025 candidates.

All candidates allotted seats must report to their respective institutes or designated centres (for private colleges in Govt institutions in Kolkata) with original documents, college fee, and bond papers for final admission.

For Private Medical/Dental Colleges: Admission of candidates will take place in designated government medical colleges in Kolkata. A separate notice will be issued regarding location and process.

NRI Candidates: The verification and admission process for NRI candidates follows a different route. They must refer to Notice Point No. 3 mentioned in the official information bulletin.

Document Verification: Only candidates with successfully verified documents will be eligible for choice filling and allotment.
