Tripura MBBS Admission 2025: 1st Round Counselling Schedule Announced – Detailed Information Inside

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tripura, has officially released the First-Round Counselling Schedule for MBBS Admission 2025 to state medical colleges through the NEET UG 2025 counselling process. All NEET 2025 qualified candidates across India are eligible to participate in the Tripura State MBBS counselling process.

🔹 Who Can Apply?

• Eligibility: All candidates who have qualified in NEET-UG 2025 (Pan India) are eligible to apply.

• State Quota & All India Quota seats under Government and Private Medical Colleges in Tripura will be available through this process.

🔹 Important Dates and Activities

 Step-by-Step Counselling Process

✅ Step 1: Online Registration

Candidates must visit the official counselling website and register using their NEET UG 2025 Roll Number and other required credentials between July 30 and August 3, 2025.

✅ Step 2: Payment of Security Deposit

To proceed with the counselling process, candidates must pay the refundable security deposit within the prescribed timeline – till August 4, 2025 (10 AM). The amount and mode of payment will be mentioned on the portal.

✅ Step 3: Choice Filling

Once the security deposit is paid, candidates can log in and fill their preferred choices of medical colleges and courses starting from July 31 (5:00 PM) till August 4 (5:00 PM). Ensure that the choices are locked and saved properly before the deadline.

✅ Step 4: Publication of Merit List

Based on NEET scores and preferences filled, the state merit list will be released on August 4, 2025, listing candidates eligible for seat allotment.

✅ Step 5: Seat Allotment Result

The result of seat allotment for the 1st round will be declared on August 6, 2025. Candidates can check their allotment status on the official website.

✅ Step 6: Nomination Letter Collection

Shortlisted candidates must collect their Nomination Letter from the Directorate of Medical Education (DME) office on 8th and 10th August 2025.

✅ Step 7: Physical Verification & Admission

Finally, candidates must visit the allotted medical college in Tripura for document verification and final admission from 9th August to 12th August 2025 (by 5:30 PM).
