- Medical Attendant Training
- Qualification: Minimum Matriculation or equivalent
- No. of Seats: 100
- Stipend: ₹7,000/- per month
- Hospital Administration Training
- Qualification: MBA/BBA/PG Diploma in:
- Hospital Management / Hospital Administration / HR / Marketing / Finance
- Duration: Min. 2 years for MBA, 3 years for BBA, and 2 years for PG Diploma (from a recognized institute)
- Preference: Candidates with MBA/BBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Management / Hospital Administration
- No. of Seats: 07
- Stipend: ₹15,000/- per month
- OT/Anesthesia Assistant Training
- Qualification: Passed Intermediate Examination from a recognized Council + completed 01 year of Hospital Attendant/Anesthesia Attendant Training Programme from a reputed institute/hospital
- No. of Seats: 05
- Stipend: ₹9,000/- per month
Age Limit
- Minimum: 18 years
- Maximum: 35 years

Training Duration
- Period: 1 year
- Training is purely for skill enhancement of underprivileged candidates.
- It will not be considered as employment in SAIL.
- Selection is subject to medical fitness as per company rules.
