BEML Recruitment 2025: BEML Limited, a Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, has released a notification for the recruitment of Management Trainees (Grade-II) in Mechanical and Electrical disciplines. The recruitment offers young engineering graduates an opportunity to contribute to India’s Make-in-India mission through BEML’s cutting-edge products such as metro rail coaches, sleeper trains, high-mobility vehicles, armored recovery vehicles, and mining equipment.

Category-wise breakup

• Mechanical (90): UR-38, SC-13, ST-6, OBC(NCL)-24, EWS-9
• Electrical (10): UR-6, SC-1, ST-0, OBC(NCL)-2, EWS-1

Educational Qualification

• Mechanical: Full-time, First-Class Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.
• Electrical: Full-time, First-Class Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university/institution.

👉 Candidates with allied branches of Mechanical/Electrical may also apply. Electronics engineers can apply under Electrical, but the computer-based assessment will only be in Mechanical/Electrical engineering.

Minimum Marks: 60% aggregate (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST candidates).
Candidates with CGPA must provide conversion formula.

Age Limit (as on 20.08.2025)

• Maximum: 29 years
• Age relaxation as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD candidates.

Training Period

• Selected candidates will undergo 1-year training.
• After successful completion and assessment, they will be absorbed as Officer (Grade-II).
• During probation, they will receive an additional increment (3% of Basic Pay).

Salary / Pay Scale

• During training: Stipend as per company rules.
• After absorption as Officer (Grade-II):
• Pay as per BEML salary structure with basic pay + allowances + benefits.
