ICSI Recruitment 2025: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has invited applications for the post of CRC Executives (on contractual basis) at the Central Registration Centre, Corporate Bhawan, IICA, Manesar, near Gurgaon (Haryana). Educational Qualification

• Applicant must be a Member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Age Limit

• Maximum age: Below 35 years as on 01.09.2025

Salary (Compensation)

The consolidated payout will be in the range of ₹40,000/- to ₹60,000/- per month, depending on experience:

1. More than 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• ₹50,000/- per month (1st year)
• ₹55,000/- per month (2nd year)
• ₹60,000/- per month (3rd year)
2. More than 1 to 2 years’ post-qualification experience
• ₹45,000/- per month (1st year)
• ₹50,000/- per month (2nd year)
• ₹55,000/- per month (3rd year)
3. Up to 1 year post-qualification experience (in exceptional cases)
• ₹40,000/- per month (1st year)
• ₹45,000/- per month (2nd year)
• ₹50,000/- per month (3rd year)

Incentive for Processing Forms Beyond Target

• Additional variable payment of up to ₹20,000/- per month for form processing, over and above the fixed pay.

Contract Period

• Initially for 1 year
• May be extended every year, up to a maximum of 3 years, based on performance and requirement.

Experience Required

• Preference will be given to candidates with 1 to 2 years’ post-qualification experience.
• Candidates with more than 2 years’ experience may also be considered.
• In exceptional cases, candidates with up to 1 year’s experience may be considered.
• (Note: CS training experience will not be counted.)

Job Description

• Processing of name reservation applications, company incorporation e-forms, and other related work.
