Central Bank Recruitment 2025: Union Bank of India has announced recruitment for the posts of Attendant and Watchman-cum-Gardener at CENT-RSETI, Ahmednagar, on an annual contractual basis. Interested and eligible candidates can apply offline before 16th August 2025.

Educational Qualification & Eligibility

Attendant

• Age Limit: 22 to 40 years (as on 01.08.2025) with sound health.
• Qualification: Must be a matriculate (10th pass).
• Other Requirement: Ability to read and write in the local language preferred.

Watchman-cum-Gardener

• Age Limit: 22 to 40 years (as on 01.08.2025) with sound health.
• Qualification: Must have passed 7th standard.
• Experience: Preferably experienced in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.
• Other Requirements:
• Must be conversant with the local language.
• Should be a resident of the same state, preferably from the same or nearby district.

Salary Details

• Attendant: ₹8,000/- per month (fixed)
• Watchman-cum-Gardener: ₹6,000/- per month (fixed)
• No additional allowances/benefits/facilities are admissible.

Contract Period

• Initially for 1 year, renewable at the Bank’s discretion based on performance appraisal and RSETI grading (minimum “B” as per Govt. of India norms).

Leave Entitlement

• 15 days per year (maximum 2 days per month).

Job Profile

Attendant

• Assist Director and staff in daily activities.
• Upkeep of office premises, classrooms, dormitory, bathrooms, visitors’ lounge, etc.
• Filing documents as directed.
• Banking-related errands like updating passbooks.
• Any other duties assigned by the Director.

Watchman-cum-Gardener

• Security of premises.
• Gardening and upkeep of surroundings.
• Assist as attendant when required.
• Any other duties assigned by the Director.

Selection Procedure

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
• The Bank’s decision will be final.
