Punjab National Bank Recruitment 2025: Punjab National Bank (PNB), through its Circle Office in Shimla, has released an official notification for recruitment of staff on a contractual basis for its Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) located at Kinnaur (HP). The contract is initially for three years, subject to annual review. Eligible and interested candidates are invited to apply for various posts.

Vacancy Details:

 Educational Qualification & Other Eligibility Criteria:

1. Faculty

• Qualification: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Science/Commerce/Arts.
• Preference: MSW/MA in Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology, B.Sc. (Veterinary), B.Sc. (Horticulture/Agri/Agri Marketing), B.A. with B.Ed.
• Skills:
• Sound computer knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language (essential).
• Fluency in English (advantageous).
• Skilled in Hindi & English typing.
• Experience: Prior experience as Faculty preferred.

2. Office Assistant

• Qualification: Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge.
• Skills:
• Knowledge in basic accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Tally & Internet.
• Fluency in local language (essential) and English (advantageous).
• Skilled in typing in local and English language.

3. Attender

• Qualification: Matriculation (10th pass).
• Skills: Ability to read and write in local language (preferred).

4. Watchman/Gardener

• Qualification: 7th Standard pass.
• Experience: Preference given to those with experience in agriculture/gardening/horticulture.

Age Limit:

• Minimum: 22 years
• Maximum: 40 years
