Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant discipline (Architecture/Engineering/Technology) from a recognized university.
- Must have a valid GATE 2023 / GATE 2024 / GATE 2025 score in the respective discipline.
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 27 years (as per AAI norms).
- Relaxations: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen as per Government rules.
Salary Package
- Selected candidates will be appointed as Junior Executive in the E-1 grade (Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000).
- In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be eligible for:
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay
- HRA/Company Accommodation
- CPF, Gratuity, Social Security Schemes, and Medical benefits.
- Approximate CTC: ₹12 – 15 Lakhs per annum depending on place of posting.
Selection Procedure
- Shortlisting: Based on GATE 2023/2024/2025 score in the relevant discipline.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for verification of eligibility and certificates.
- Medical Examination: As per AAI’s medical standards.
- Final Selection: Based on merit of GATE score and successful completion of verification/medical fitness.
