Educational Qualification
Grade III:
- 10+2 (Science) OR ITI Certificate in relevant trades
- Valid NCVT/SCVT trade certificate
- Must meet physical fitness and trade test requirements
Grade V:
- Diploma in Engineering in relevant discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years' post-qualification experience (for some roles)
Grade VII:
- B.Sc./Diploma/B.Tech in Chemistry/Boiler Operation/Drilling
- Must have valid certification (e.g., Boiler Competency Certificate)

Selection Procedure
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Objective-type (Multiple Choice)
- Sections: Technical Subject, English, Reasoning, General Awareness
- 100 Questions, 100 Marks
- Duration: 2 hours
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- Skill/Proficiency Test (for certain posts only)
- Document Verification & Medical Examination
Final selection is purely merit-based, subject to qualification in CBT and trade test (if applicable).
