Oil India Limited Recruitment 2025: Oil India Limited (OIL), a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) and India’s second-largest national upstream Oil & Gas company, has announced a recruitment notification for the engagement of Consultant (ERP-PS & IM Module) on a contractual basis at its ERP Department, Field Headquarters (FHQ), Duliajan, Assam.

Educational Qualification

• Full-time B.Tech./B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication / Computer / Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering from an AICTE-recognized university/institute.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have retired from Grade G or equivalent post from OIL or another PSU under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas.
• Must have at least 30 years of working experience as an Engineer in Government/PSU Oil & Gas Industry (permanent basis).
• Age should not exceed 68 years as on the last date of application.
• Candidates must have extensive technical skills in SAP Project Systems (PS) and Investment Management (IM) modules with configuration, budgeting, planning, and project management expertise.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements and design customized solutions using SAP Project Systems PS/IM.
• Develop solution architectures and collaborate with project teams for implementation.
• Provide expert technical guidance, conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure optimization of SAP systems.
• Support integration of SAP Project Systems with other business processes.

Salary / Honorarium

• Monthly Honorarium: ₹1,50,000/- (lump sum, inclusive of local conveyance, telephone, internet expenses, etc.)
• Other Facilities:
• ₹2,000/- per day Daily Allowance during official tours.
• 20 days paid leave annually (non-cumulative, non-encashable).
• Normal company holidays applicable.

Selection Procedure

• Candidates will be selected through Personal Interaction (Online Mode) conducted by a Selection Committee.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interaction or for joining.
