- Annual remuneration will increase by 4% of the consolidated pay after completion of each year, based on project requirements【Konkan Railway Notification】.
Other Allowances/Facilities
- Life Insurance Premium: Reimbursement up to ₹500 per month on production of payment proof.
- Medical Benefits: Medical allowance of ₹500 per month towards OPD expenses.
- Reimbursement of health insurance premium up to ₹500 per month on submission of original receipts.
Educational Qualification (Expected)*
- Assistant Electrical Engineer: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university.
- Technical/Junior/Senior Technical Assistants: Full-time Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or related engineering discipline from a recognized institute.

Age Limit
- Generally 18 to 35 years (may vary by post).
- Relaxation as per Government norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
Selection Process
- Walk-in/Direct Interview or Screening Test + Interview as per KRCL norms.
- Selection will be based on academic merit, experience, and performance in the interview.
