Punjab & Sind Bank Specialist Officers Recruitment 2025: Punjab & Sind Bank, a Government of India undertaking, has announced lateral recruitment of Specialist Officers in MMGS II on a regular basis. Eligible candidates are invited to apply online within the stipulated dates.

Vacancy Details

Reservations for VI (Visual Impaired), HI (Hearing Impaired), OC (Orthopedically Challenged), and MD/ID (Multiple/Intellectual Disability) are available as per government norms.
Present employees of Punjab & Sind Bank are not eligible for these posts.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality/Citizenship:
Applicants must be either:

• A citizen of India, or
• A subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or
• A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or
• A person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries as per government rules.

2. Educational Qualification:

• Credit Manager (MMGS II):
  Graduate in any discipline with a professional qualification such as CA/CFA/MBA (Finance)/PGDM (Finance) or equivalent from a recognized university/institute.
  (Full details will be specified in the official detailed notification on the bank’s website.)
• Agriculture Manager (MMGS II):
  Graduate/Post-Graduate in Agriculture, Horticulture, or allied fields from a recognized university.

3. Age Limit:

• Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years as on the cut-off date (age relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per government norms).

Salary

• Selected candidates will be placed in Middle Management Grade Scale II (MMGS II) with a pay scale of approximately ₹48,170 – ₹69,810/- per month, plus applicable allowances and benefits as per bank norms.

• Candidates must complete the application form, upload necessary documents, and pay the prescribed application fee online.
• No offline applications will be accepted.

Selection Procedure

• The selection process will include:
1. Online Written Examination (if applicable) covering Professional Knowledge and General Banking.
2. Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
• Final selection will be based on merit and performance in the selection stages.
