DRDO New Vacancy 2025: The Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur, a premier laboratory under the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India, has invited applications for the engagement of Graduate and Technician (Diploma) Apprentices. The apprentices will be engaged under the Apprentices Act 1961 (as amended in 1961, 1973 & 2014) for a period of one year.

Vacancies & Stipend

Graduate Apprentice (B.E./B.Tech, B.Lib.Sc, BBA, B.Com)

• Vacancies: Multiple disciplines including Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Safety, Library Science, BBA, and B.Com.
• Stipend: ₹9,000/- per month

Technician (Diploma) Apprentice

• Vacancies: Disciplines include Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Cinematography, and Medical Laboratory Technology.
• Stipend: ₹8,000/- per month

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:
• Graduate Apprentices: B.E./B.Tech/B.Lib.Sc/BBA/B.Com in relevant fields.
• Technician Apprentices: Diploma in relevant disciplines.
• All qualifications must be from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions.
2. Year of Passing:
• Candidates who passed in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible.
• Those who passed before 2021 or hold postgraduate degrees are not eligible.
3. Other Conditions:
• Candidates must be registered on the NATS portal (www.nats.education.gov.in).
• Candidates with 1 year or more job/training experience after qualification are not eligible.

Age Limit

The advertisement does not specify a fixed age limit, but eligibility is based on year of passing and qualification criteria.

Duration & Terms

• Apprenticeship training will be for 12 months.
• Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate at the time of joining.
• No TA/DA or accommodation will be provided during training.
