Bharat Electronics Limited Recruitment 2025: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Hyderabad Unit, a Navratna Defence Electronics Company, has announced the recruitment of Management Industrial Trainees (MITs) in Finance for the year 2025–26. Interested candidates are invited to attend a Walk-in Interview for engagement.

Vacancy Details

  • Post: Management Industrial Trainee (Finance)
  • Total Vacancies: 04 (Four)

Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed CMA Intermediate / CA Intermediate and be registered with ICMAI / ICAI.
  • Candidates who have already completed or are pursuing higher qualifications are not eligible.

Age Limit

  • Maximum age: 25 years as on 01.08.2025.

Duration of Training

  • Initial tenure: 1 year.
  • Extendable up to 3 years, based on performance and management’s discretion.

Salary / Stipend

  • 1st Year: ₹18,000/- per month
  • 2nd Year: ₹20,000/- per month
  • 3rd Year: ₹22,000/- per month

Additionally, MITs will be entitled to 1 day casual-cum-sick leave per month.

Eligibility Criteria & Other Information

  • Candidates must produce the original CMA Inter / CA Inter pass certificate issued by ICMAI/ICAI at the time of verification.
  • Suppression of facts or furnishing false information will lead to disqualification/rejection.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
  • Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.

Selection Procedure

  • Selection will be based on Interview only.
  • Statutory reservation will be applicable as per Government norms.

Candidates must bring the following documents (original & one set of photocopies):

  1. Filled-in application form (available on BEL’s website).
  2. SSC Certificate for proof of date of birth.
  3. CMA/CA Intermediate pass certificate.
  4. Category/Disability certificate (if applicable).
  5. Aadhaar card.
