Essential Qualifications
Any one of the following is required:
- Ph.D. in:
- Physics
- Material Science
- Nanotechnology
- Engineering Science
With minimum 3 years of experience.
OR
- M.Tech in:
- Material Science
- Nanotechnology
- Polymer Engineering
- Nuclear Physics
With minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant area.
Desirable Qualification
Preference will be given to candidates with:
- Synthesis of nanoparticles
- Expertise in characterizing nanoparticles
- Experience in X-ray attenuation and radiation shielding properties
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Synthesis of various nanoparticles
- Characterization using advanced tools
- Testing radiation shielding performance
- Enhancing transparency and durability of shields
- Analyzing materials for personal protection apparel
Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 40 Years (as of the application date)
- Age relaxation as per CSIR norms may apply.
Salary (Emoluments)
- ₹ 49,000 + HRA per month (as applicable)
