DRDO New Job Vacancy 2025 (RA and JRF): Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS) has released a notification for the recruitment of Research Associate / Junior Research Fellows.

Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS), Delhi, a premier Institute of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) provides an excellent opportunity for young and motivated researchers to pursue a career in soldier support system research. 

Applications are invited from young and meritorious Indian nationals who desire to pursue research as Research Associate (RA) and Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in ongoing and futuristic research projects of DIPAS and its cell DIBER at Haldwani, for the following positions:

For the Post Code RA-01: Stipend: Rs. 67000/- plus HRA as per rules applicable in DRDO.

For the Post Code JRF-01 to JRF-13: Stipend: Rs. 37000/- plus HRA as per rules applicable in DRDO

Age Limit:

For the Post Code RA-01: The upper age limit for RA position is 35 years as on the closing datefor the receipt of applications. The upper age limit shall be relaxable for the candidatesbelonging to SC/ST and OBC as per Govt of Inida rules.

For the Post Code JRF-01 to JRF-13: The upper age limit for JRF position is 28 years as on the closing datefor the receipt of applications. The upper age limit shall be relaxable for the candidatesbelonging to SC/ST and OBC as per Govt of Inida rules

Application procedure for the recruitment of DIPAS -DRDO:

Eligible candidates may send duly filled, ink signed application forms along with complete bio-datain the prescribed format and self-attested photocopies of relevant documents through registeredpost to Head, HR Division, DIPAS, DRDO, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi-110054.

How to apply for the recruitment of DIPAS –DRDO:

• Application form can be downloaded from the website www.drdo.gov.in and the candidateshould send ink signed copy of duly filled application form along with bio-data andsupporting documents to Head, HR Division, DIPAS, DRDO, Lucknow Road, Timarpur, Delhi-110054, through registered post. (NOTE: Post Code as per the advertisement shouldbe written on the envelope and the application form. Applications without post codeasper advertisement and incomplete/ partially filled will be rejected).
• Last date of receipt of application form is 21 st July 2025 (1700 hrs).
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed through e-mail to appear for the interview.
• Reporting time shall be 0900 – 1000 hrs on the date of interview, at the main gate receptionof DIPAS, Timarpur, Delhi-110054. Late comers will not be allowed at any cost.
• Candidates must carry original certificates/ testimonials and a set of supporting documentswith respect to qualifications and experience, for verification at the time of interview.
• Candidates presently employed in Government Departments/ PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies will be required to produce NOC issued by their employer at the time of interview.
• Please note that electronic items like Smart phone/Mobile phone/Pendrive/Laptop/CD-ROMetc. are not allowed inside DIPAS premises.
• TA/DA may be claimed by the candidate as per the actual train/bus fare by the shortest routelimited to sleeper class railway fare subject to verification of travel documents / travel tickets.
• Number of vacancies may change as per organizational requirement without any prior notice.
• This is a temporary research position offered by DIPAS, DRDO.
• It may be noted that mere offer of fellowship does not confer any right of absorptioninDRDO.
• No candidate shall claim admission as a matter of right. The admission shall be entirelyat thediscretion of the Selection Committee of the Institute, which may refuse to admit anycandidate without assigning any reason thereof.
• Director DIPAS reserves the right to scrap the whole selection process anytime, without anyprior information and reason assigned therefor.
