ISRO Assistant Recruitment 2025: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Department of Space, has announced Advertisement No. SAC:02:2025 (Dated 12.09.2025) inviting online applications for the post of Assistant (Rajbhasha) in various ISRO Centres/Units and Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST).

Educational Qualification

• Graduation with minimum 60% marks or CGPA 6.32/10 from a recognized university, completed within the prescribed duration.
• Hindi Typing Speed: 25 w.p.m. on computer.
• Computer Proficiency is mandatory.
• Knowledge of English typing is desirable

Age Limit

• 18 to 28 years as on 02.10.2025.
• Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, ST – 5 years, Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, Government employees, widows/divorced women as per Govt. norms

Pay Scale

• Level-04 of Pay Matrix: ₹25,500 – ₹81,100 per month
• Additional allowances: DA, HRA, Transport Allowance, Pension, Medical Facilities, LTC, etc.

Selection Procedure

The recruitment will be conducted in two stages:

1. Written Test
• Objective type, 120 minutes duration.
• Qualifying Marks:
• UR: 50% in each part
• Reserved Categories: 40% in each part
2. Skill Test
• Computer Literacy Test (Qualifying marks: UR 60%, Reserved 50%).
• Hindi Typing Test (UR: max 5% mistakes, Reserved: max 8% mistakes).
• Final selection will be based on written test marks of those who qualify in skill test

Application Fee

• Rs. 500/- (excluding taxes/charges) for all candidates.
• Fee Refund:
• Full refund for Women, SC, ST, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen.
• Other candidates: Rs. 400/- refunded (Rs. 100/- retained as processing fee).
• Payment through Bharatkosh payment portal only
