Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), a Fortune 500 Maharatna PSU, has announced its Entry-Level Recruitment 2025 drive. This recruitment aims to bring in talented and energetic individuals for technical and management roles to strengthen its national operations.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Candidates must possess a full-time diploma/degree in Engineering or a relevant discipline from a recognized university/institute.
  • Qualifications must be from UGC/AICTE-approved institutions.
  • Final year students are not eligible.

Age Limit (as on May 1, 2025):

  • Maximum: 32 years for General/EWS candidates.
  • Relaxations:
    • OBC (NCL): +3 years
    • SC/ST: +5 years
    • PwBD & Ex-Servicemen: As per government norms

💼 Offered Roles & Salary

BPCL is offering two main positions:

  1. Junior Executive
    • Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
    • Approx. CTC: ₹11.86 lakhs per annum
  2. Associate Executive
    • Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
    • Approx. CTC: ₹16.64 lakhs per annum

In addition to salary, candidates will receive benefits such as medical insurance, performance incentives, provident fund, and more.

🧪 Selection Procedure

The selection process includes multiple stages:

  1. Shortlisting based on educational qualification and experience
  2. Written Test / Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  3. Group Discussion or Case Study Round
  4. Personal Interview
  5. Pre-employment Medical Examination

Only candidates who pass all stages successfully will receive final appointment offers.
