Educational Qualification:
Educational Qualifications – BRBNMPL Recruitment 2025
1. Deputy Manager – Printing (Post Code 1)
- External Candidates:
- B.Tech./B.E. in Printing Technology/Printing Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in a Printing Industry of repute, preferably in a security printing organization.
- Internal Candidates (BRBNMPL):
- B.Tech./B.E. in Printing Technology/Printing Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- OR Diploma in Printing from a Govt. recognized institute/university.
- Minimum 2 years of service in BRBNMPL with at least ten years total service in the company.
2. Deputy Manager – Electrical (Post Code 2)
- External Candidates:
- B.Tech./B.E./AMIE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Electrical Division, preferably in HT/LT Substations, HT/LT Switchgear, Power Monitoring through SCADA, etc.
- Internal Candidates (BRBNMPL):
- B.Tech./B.E./AMIE in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- OR Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of service in BRBNMPL with at least ten years total service in the company.
3. Deputy Manager – Computer Science (Post Code 3)
- External Candidates:
- B.Tech./B.E./AMIE in Computer Science Engineering with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in reputed industry in Software Development, Software Maintenance, or Software Upgradation in a CMMI level-5 organization.
- Internal Candidates (BRBNMPL):
- Same qualification as above.
- Minimum 2 years of service in BRBNMPL with at least ten years total service in the company.
4. Deputy Manager – General Administration (Post Code 4)
- External Candidates:
- Graduate with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) AND either:
- Master’s degree in Management/Business Administration/Personnel Management/HR/Materials Management
- OR Post Graduate Diploma in the same fields.
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in Production/Manufacturing Unit.
- Internal Candidates (BRBNMPL):
- Graduate with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) AND either:
- Master’s degree in Management/Business Administration/Personnel Management/HR/Materials Management
- OR Post Graduate Diploma in the same fields.

5. Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee) (Post Code 5)
- Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Printing/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering/Computer Science with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
- OR ITI/NTC/NAC in relevant trades (Printing/Plate-making/Graphics/Mechanic/Electrician/AC Technician, etc.) with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST).
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in Printing, Pre-Press, Pulp & Paper, Ink/Paint, or related production/maintenance industries.

Deputy Manager (Post Code 1 to Post Code 4)
- Maximum Age: 31 years
- (Candidates born on or after 01/09/1994 are eligible)
- For Internal Candidates (BRBNMPL): No upper age limit.
Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee) (Post Code 5)

Pay Scale
A. Deputy Manager (Post Code 1–4)
- Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level 10 of Pay Matrix.
- Basic Pay: ₹56,100/- per month.
- Along with basic pay, they will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and other admissible allowances as per company rules.
- Gross Cost to Company (CTC): Approximately ₹19.80 lakhs per annum.
- They will also get Provident Fund, Gratuity, Retirement Benefits, and additional perks.
- After successful completion of 1-year probation, employees will be confirmed in service.
B. Process Assistant Grade-I (Trainee) (Post Code 5)
- Selected candidates will undergo training for 1 year.
- Stipend during training: ₹24,000/- per month.
- After successful training, they will be placed in Pay Level 2 of Pay Matrix with a Basic Pay of ₹24,500/- per month, along with allowances such as DA, HRA, and other benefits.
- Gross Cost to Company (CTC): Approximately ₹12.10 lakhs per annum after confirmation.
- Employees will also receive Provident Fund, Gratuity, and other retirement benefits as per company rules

- The selection will be done through a Written Examination followed by a Personal Interview.

- The Skill Test will be qualifying in nature, and candidates must secure at least 50% marks in it.
- Marks obtained in the Skill Test will not be added to the final merit list.
